July Delight: Perfectly Sweet Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients (Serves 4):


  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  •  ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 pound salmon


Instructions:


  1. Stir first five ingredients together in small bowl.

  2. Cut salmon into four equal-sized fillets; place in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with maple syrup mixture. Cover dish and marinate salmon in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once halfway.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  4. Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake salmon uncovered until flesh easily flakes with a fork, about 20 minutes.
