Negroni: In Portland, the Negroni is quite popular. This classic cocktail, made with gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, even has a dedicated week in the city to celebrate it1.


Negroni Cocktail


Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • Orange peel, for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.

  2. Stir until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Garnish with an orange peel1
